The Division of Youth Service's (DYS) mission is to promote the well being of children, youth, families and the community as a whole. Therefore, every year the DYS with the help of other government and community agencies combine their efforts to promote strong families and healthy childrearing practices through educational and preventive activities and services that give children and families the opportunity to interact, to learn life skills, and to develop the ability to cope with challenges.
