After sentencing to a term of probation, clients are processed for intake and assigned a probation officer whose responsibilities are to assist and monitor compliance of court-ordered terms and conditions of probation.  Standard conditions of probation are as follows:

1.  Monitor of Community Work Service

2.  Court fine payment

3.  Restitution assessment with a scheduled payment plan

4.  Monitor of school attendance when applicable

5.  Monitoring of additional offense's while on probation.

Services Provided are:

1.  Referral to counseling, individual, group, family, substance abuse and crisis management.

2.  Job placement through the Workforce Investment Agency or the Department of Labor.

3.  Referral to Adult Basic Education or the Advance Development Institute.

4.  Refer the juvenile's parent(s) or guardian(s) to the Common Sense Parenting Program and or the Parent Anonymous.

5.  Refer to the Volunteer Program.
